Because you have intestional cramps and vomiting --- I would strongly recommend that you see a physician ASAP. I would even consider going to the ER if you have to.

You may not be allergic to wheat or dairy products, but that doesn't mean that you don't have an intolerance to them. If you have gastrointestional symptoms after ingesting gluten and/or dairy, then I would talk to your physician about doing a 2 week (has to be at LEAST 2 weeks) diet without gluten & dairy. One way you can find out if you are allergic to a food, is to take your pulse after eating a food. If your pulse is racing, then chances are you have an allergy to that particular food.
