allergic to Penicillin

I am allergic to Penicillin antibiotic medications, and have been for about 20 years.  I am wondering if I would also be allergic to something like Brie cheese, which uses Penicillium Candida mold in the cheesemaking process.

That would be difficult to say. But it would be best that you avoid it and take it only getting the allergy cross-reactions confirmed with an allergist.

They may be unrealted allergens there, but its best to be cautious in a known case of allergy.
