allergic to my bed

Why when at the end of my long tiring day do I lay down to a good night sleep and my allergies act up? I know about the bed bugs and stuff, but geez one good night of allergy free sleep is what I really want. I am taking loratidine 10 mg and I guess I am becoming immune. I also have nights were I will be nice and asleep but then an attack, I will wake up allergic and symptimatic, crazy bad!!! I also have mild asthma so imagine my nights. If theres any hepl out there please feel free to give advice....thanx

When you're asleep your breathing patterns change. You go from a moderate breathing pace to a fast influx of air. You normally tend to breathe very deeply at night, so it becomes important that what you breathe is good for you to breathe, since your reaction time is down.

What I would suggest to you is a whole house air purifier, but not a normal paper filter like most houses have, I suggest looking into a Polarized Media Filter. What this does is it goes on your furnace and uses the natural air flow through your home as an advantage. Then it attracts the particles out of the air into the actual media using electricity.
