i can't take my deeb breath, i take my breath in hard way, i can't sleep well, i sometimes get up at night when i,m sleeping ,i have bain in my trachea, this bain make me very tired
some doctors in my area cured me with serstide diskus and the others cured me with singulair
and now i take singulair in the evening

what could i do now??

You need to see a chest specialist or pulmonologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.

It would be advisable to get a chest xray and pulmonary/ lung function test done.

If the doctor feels necessary you would be prescribed some other tests too.

The management and the medications including inhalers etc and their doses would depend on the clinical evaluation and investigations.

You should not delay in taking an appointment.
