allergy

hi there,
my allergies are kind of brother me and iam on a allergery pill and it is helping. i have a horse voice can i gargley with salt water and it doesnt hurt when i swole at all.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The hoarseness could be due to a throat infection. Sometimes steroid inhalers also cause hoarseness. Ensure to gargle after using a steroid inhaler each time.

i do have blood pressureand iam on alow dose for that and today it really is not to horse of a voice today

Gargling with salt water should help considerably. Try a nice herbal tea such as Throat Coat as well.
Swallowing the salt water should be okay in small amounts, unless you have high blood pressure.
