allergy of paper dust

sir ihave severe allergy of house dust and many other food like apple,turmeric ,clove pea orange etc...i have taken allergy desensinisation subcutanious inj. also but invain 2year ago ihave had pott,s spine infection all med, taken now i bored from med, but suffer from sneezing coughing,and some time asthamatic attack what shoud i do?????             please help me.........................................

Hi,

There are many ways to help with the dust mites and maybe avoid the food causing your allergy flares.  Taking away the allergin is the best way to lessen allergic reactions; further exposure oftentimes makes the symptoms worse from what I understand.

Dust in the house can really be a huge trigger as you describe with asthma, too ... there are many ways/methods to help .. I'l look for some info to post.

Also, keep in mind a good vacuume cleaner with a HEPA filter can help as well as lifting carpets and keeping bare floors.
