allergy or what?

Hi
I am 41 years old and for the last year I am real sensitive to smell cleaning product I get to sneezing and coughing
3 times this year well 2008 I have had Bronchitis cause by sinus drainage. now my nose is stopped up I take bendril, vics, sinutab,nasalnex saline spray and my nose bleed often I go to sleep and wake up head is stopped up throat is closing spitt up phlem and my ear i hear a heart beat sound constantly help me I have been to ear nose and throat I am waiting on allergy test to come back what can i take in the mean while??
