allergy to chlorahexadine scrub

by lorigirl, Jul 22, 2006 12:00AM
My mother had to undergo surgery 1-1/2 months ago and had to wash herself with chlorahexadine scrub the night before and claims that the residue is still on her skin, making her have a reation whenever she uses even a product that she has never been allergic to before because these products are pushing the chlorahexadine into her skin. Has anyone ever had this problem and if so how can she remove it from her skin. Just a note, my mother has been haing several health problems and is quite paranoid about her health right now. Please advise

Thank-you
