Hello and hope you are doing well.

Although the safety and effectiveness in children below the age of 2 years have not been established, it can be used in children younger than two years under the guidance of a doctor. He will weigh the pros and cons before deciding on its usage.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Salbutamol should only be given to a child if prescribed by a doctor, and for that child.
My son was almost 2 when he got his prescription from his pediatrician.
Normally they don't like to give them anything unless it's very serious.
If the doctor prescribes it, they will give you a cute little "mask," as inhalers are extremely difficult to use on toddlers.
