Hi, welcome to the forum, I can appreciate your queries; the mentioned conditions are absolute to relative contraindications. The reasons for avoiding are-

Glaucoma - It is known to increase intraocular pressure due to anti cholinergic action and can cause double vision and also other complications.

Trouble urinating - it is known to cause Prostatic hyperplasia/urinary obstruction and can lead to inability to pass urine.

Breathing problems- It is known to cause thickening of bronchial secretions and hence can cause obstruction of the airway and can worsen the COPD and as well as asthma (anti cholinergic action)

Thyroid disease- It can worsen the existing thyroid dysfunction

Heart disease and High blood pressure- Known to increase BP and fasten the heart rate and can worsen the existing hypertension and myocardial infarction.

Hence, if the person is already having above mentioned disorders, it is better to avoid anti histaminics otherwise not a problem. Take care and regards.
