astma and allergy

my son has really bad allergies caughing runny nose itchy eyes his throat hurts chest hurts.... i gave him medicine last night and my mother gave him cough medicine this morning but nothing is working what should i do oh i also gave him his asthma pump

If your son is still having asthma symptoms after using his asthma medication, then he probably needs to be seen at the ER or urgent care.  It could be he needs a round of steroids to help his breathing.
