should I go to a doctor if my bee sting has a rash?

Bee sting could have caused an allergic response. Allergic reactions are mediated by IgE antibodies, which are released on exposure to a particular allergen. These in turn activate mast cells and lead to a local response or systemic anaphylaxis. It can occur at anytime. During the attack antihistamines and anti-inflammatory medications can help with the symptoms. So, you will need to consult your doctor.
