blister in pallet

Hi
I occasionally get a sore pallet after eating something. A blister appears and then a sore spot remains. Always at the same place. I also get headaches from things that are red. Strawberries, cherries etc. Does anybody have experience with this as well?

I get a blistered sore pallet after eating tomatoes and have also experienced it after eating garlic. Occasionally my lips has swollen up as well if I have ate too much of it. Not sure why, just started eating less of such foods.
