chemical exposure

i am 21 old male,when i was 17 years unfortunately a spray of
insecticide(used for killing mosquitos ,
croachroaches) fall on my head.
i was able to wash head with soap only after 20
minutes
after spraying.
will it penetrate inside head or skull?
will there be any problem?
will there any delayed effect on it?
kindly reply me.
