What if a child have been complaining of being fatigued, having headaches, and stomach, muscle, and joint pain for the last 2 weeks. What can this be?

Welcome to the forum!
Anemia and electrolyte disturbance should be ruled out first. Worms in stool is another cause. Dehydration also should be ruled out.
If all of the above are fine then endocrine problems like diabetes and poor thyroid functions too should be investigated.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
