cortisone symptoms

I had 4 injections in my back Aug. 14,2008 and I have had the worst side effects ever. I have had these injections before, but never these many at one time. So far I have been dizzy at first, bad stomach pains, sweats, mood swings like crazy and now my face is swelling. But the worst is today and I woke up with my neck and around my neck and below the back of my neck all swollen. I look horrible.... How long will this go on??? Does anyone know?? Is there anything I can get for this. My doctor did prescribe a diaretic for a week, which brought down my blood pressure, but also gave me a urinary trac infection which now I am on antibiotics for. Please, if anyone has an answer I would love to hear it

All these symptoms are suggestive of adverse drug reaction to cortisone or cortisone over dose.It includes Swelling in lower legs, ankles, or feet,nervousness,sleepiness,depression,weakness,deafness,itching and burning skin,hypertension (high blood pressure),convulsions,muscle weakness, swollen face and abdomen and cramps in abdomen.
In my opinion,you should report to your doctor immediately and consult him for your symptoms.
