Hi, welcome to the forum, Small white circular areas may be the result of postinflammatory lesions, pityriasis alba, or tinea versicolor. The above mentioned conditions are commonest possibility. Another possibility needed to be ruled out is tuberous sclerosis, associated with ash leaf spots. Streaked areas of hypopigmentation characteristically are seen in hypomelanosis of Ito. Vitiligo should also be ruled out as it involves destruction of melanocytes.

Chediak-Higashi syndrome is a rare disorder with diffuse oculocutaneous hypopigmentation, leukocyte dysfunction, and recurrent infections. Patients with this disorder have fair skin, light blond hair, translucent irises, and renal, hematologic, and neurologic abnormalities.

Tinea versicolor can be treated with the help of anti fungal. Hence, I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management. Take care and regards.
