dizzyness balance pressure

hi i'm looking for answers or at least a step in the right direction.
10 years ago it started... a weird feeling being dizzy, loss of balance.
Its hard to descibe but its like a wave of pressure in your head, face it feels like it is pulling me to the right. Walking is difficult because i have feel the need to lean slighty to the left to help balance me out.
It has come and gone for 10 years but it is getting worse and staying for longer.
its very uncomfortable and sometimes it is so severe that is does pull me to the ground and i feel as though i am turning around and around spin. When that happens it is usually for about 1 or 2 minutes.
i used to get about 3 eposides a year lasting for about a week each time. then about 5 eposodes lasting a couple of weeks.
Now i've had it for about 10 weeks. It comes and goes through out each day but most of the past 10 weeks it has been here almost constantly. this pressure and pulling and balance loss. Thank goodness the very scary severe attacks dont come that often (i have only had those 2 times this 10 weeks) but i know that another could come at any time.
if anybody suffers from the same thing or somebody may know what is happening please tell me

It would be best if you could see a neurologist for your symptoms.

What you describe are disturbances of gait, stance and co-ordination - which need the cerebellum to function properly.

A complete neurological evaluation is warranted and certain tests which your neurologist would think are relevant would need to be done.

This would help in reaching a confirmed diagnosis and planning the further management in your specific case.
