dont know if i really have allergies

i always had very sensitive skin since i was a baby...but i noticed almost every yr around the months of jan-april i get so itchy all over my body...at one point both my hands Broke out completely. my hand just broke out with a bunch of itchy bumps that went away lil by lil...i went to the doc and she told me it was eczema...but there were other times i had it even on my waist line...it completely itched and i was scratching so much it just spread fast and i had the bumps again...as of now im itching all over my body, and when i scratch myself on a specific spot, a bumb appears! but then it goes away in a matter of 5- 10 mins....i really need help with this, i dont know if allergies can do this..also i get alot of sore throats.

Could be urticaria (hives) maybe from laundry detergent or materials your underwear is made from, shampoo or shower gel even plants and cactus from the garden can make you beak out...best emiminate each one  Ther are  different kinds of urticaria , you may find some threads to read on here and the dermatology forum

With a past history which is positive for eczema, the most likely cause for the rash could be eczema again. People who suffer from this disorder should avoid contact with triggering factors like soaps, cosmetics, jewelry, clothing, and detergents. Sometimes sweat, changes in temperature and psychological stress are known to trigger these episodes. So, the best way to prevent attacks is to identify those substances which you are allergic to and avoid them. Also, Allergy testing would be worth looking into.
