drug reactions to kenalog

I live in a farming community and have developed allergies that get worse at harvest time. I usually take percsription strengh allegra d and nasacort they work for to a point. This year my doctor gave me a kenalog shot because nothing would stop the itching in my eye and throat. With in a week on was on the downward spyral with depression and anxiety which I was taking lexapro and bupropion plus clonazapan for. How long does kenelog stay in your system and how bad does kenolog interfere with these drugs working?
I would appreciate any ones insight on this matter.

Studies indicate that after a single intramuscular dose, adrenal suppression occurs within 24 to 48 hours and then gradually returns to normal, usually in 30 to 40 days.
