dry itchy skin around the genitals

i have dry itchy skin around the vaginal area,not inside . and it itches .also there are a few boils that come and go. i had tinea  infection.and i took medicines for it.and tinea infection around the other body parts and it seems to have been cured. but the area around the vagina and on the butts and thigh area ie. backside. it is reallly really horrible.and what should i do? :( really bad bad itchy skin. and it is black or brownish-dark.

Zinc oxide topical ointment should help.
I had a similar problem years ago (male) and I asked a friend Pharmacist
and he gave me some scent free zinc oxide ointment.
Zinc oxide mainly acts by blocking irritants from contacting the skin, minimizing infection and promoting healing. (Do not apply on open blisters)
Avoid rubbing and apply some coconut oil over any dry itchy skin areas.
Apply as often as needed. If no improvement is experienced, or if it worsens you may have to see a dermatologist.
