Hi,
Eczema or dermatitis is skin inflammation, that occurs due to hypersensitivity reactions or due to abnormal functioning of immune system. Over the counter treatments for this condition include oral antihistamines, corticosteroid creams or oral steroids etc. Common drugs employed include benadryl, atarax etc. Hope this helps. Best.

Your pharmacict is the best person to talk to, when taking over-the-counter meds,  there are also many good products in the natural med section, but you should still ask the pharmacist, because some of the natural meds, can still interact with other meds, or supplements that you are or ma be taking,
I hope the info will help you make the right choices,,but know that sometimes you may have to try a few different things before you find the right product that works for you.   good luck.
