I don’t know what your question was, but high ASO titers in kids indicate group- A beta-hemolytic streptococcal infection. When serial titers of ASO rise for weeks, then fall slowly,the diagnosis of a previous strep infection is confirmed. ASO titers peak during the third week after the onset of acute symptoms of a streptococcal disease.
