exercise indused allergies skin rash

well ive had what was called exercise indused allergies but im not so sure right now i get super itchy if i do not take an anti hystemien daily if i do excersise i break out in a full body rash kinda like hives red blotchey spots with dots i was wondering if anyone had some info on this and if theres anything i can do to stop this any help would be appreiciated

What you describe seems like sweat dermatitis or heat rash.

You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat.

Continue with the anti-histamine medications and apply calamine lotion at the sites of the itching.

If the symptoms are still persistent, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.

well ive had it for about a year now it hasnt even changed it seems to get worse i dont think it is dermatitis i looked at the facts and heat rash doesnt seem like it either i have been waiting to go for some skin tests and see what they find i am not sure what it is but it is very odd i will put more symptoms down so theres the ichyniess severly it turns into a blotchy pink bruisy looking rash thats from itching but if i do physcal exercise it is pink dots all over i also get swollen lips nose if theres presure in my face area it will swell up it tingles and stings when it does i hope the rest of the info helps thankyou
