Hi, welcome to the forum, your symptoms are suggestive of generalized viral infection like influenza, parainfluenza, etc. This can be associated with dizziness, altered sensorium, muscle pain etc. If there is neck stiffness then you may have to undergo CSF examination to rule out meningitis. Viral fever is a self-limiting condition and can take week for the symptoms to subside and can be managed by paracetamol against prescription.

But, if it is a bacterial, appropriate antibiotic is warranted to prevent further complication. The source of infection is needed to be ruled out like pneumonia, bacteremia etc. Blood culture and routine blood test will help to point to a source. I suggest consulting a physician.
