hands peeling and bleeding

I HAVE A 30 YEAR OLD SON THAT HAS HAD A PROBLEM OFF AND ON WITH HIS HANDS. THEY SEEM TO PEEL{LIKE A PERSON ALLERGIC TO HAND SOAP} BUT THIS TIME WHEN THEY PEELED THEY ARE DEEPER AND BLEED. HE HASN'T CHANGED ANYTHING NOR USED ANYTHING DIFFERENT.IT NORMALLY GOES AWAY AFTER A WEEK ,NOT THIS TIME . IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS WORTH OF PEELING.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED..THANK YOU..

I dont know if this will help, but Ive heard of something like that called Siphylis. Try looking that up in images on yahoo or google, and see if those symptoms match.
