i cannot smell anything

I have not been smelling for almost 6 months, and i am scared, i have allergies keep getting cold,  sneezing mostly runny nose stuffy when i go to bed, so right now i can't smell nothing maybe it might affect my taste too i am scared, please help me, few years back i smell weird and stinky in my nose  or in my head, that was gone now, actually i don't like using any medication, just sometime saline nasal spray, please help me out here

Did you by any chance use Zicam prior to losing your sense of smell? For quite a while there have been reports of it sometimes causing that problem, and now they are starting class action lawsuits for people injured by that procuct.

If the above doesn't apply, have you seen an ENT (ear ,nose, and throat) doctor?
