i got this rash

by andyb, Apr 22, 2006 12:00AM
Well the other day i went to a friends house and i started sneezing a lot and i know i have alergies (allergies). Then that night my nose was running a lot and it started hurting. I got a rash or something on my nose now. My nose really hurts and its vacation and i would like it go away asap. My nose is still running as well. Do you know what happened to my nose and is there anything that will heal it?

Cause of pain is most likely related to the allergies.  Inflammation of the nasal mucosa can produce a burning painful feeling on the inside of the nose. The swelling can also impede the flow of mucous causing further irritation.

The swelling and inflammation can be reduced with over the counter pseudoephidrine (not sudafed PE).

This pain should go away when you allergies reslove.
