i think i am allergic to me

has anyone ever heard of a person being allergic to themselves? i have a rash that goes away when treated with prendisone or even with blood cleansing herbs but as soon as i stop taking them it comes back seems to be mostly around neck area when i sweat

The rash could be due to contact dermatitis, that is exposure to an irritant like a chemical or metal or anything you are allergic to, it can cause rash. An allergy specialist can help identify the allergens and desensitize you.
Local measures like ice packs and antipruritic lotions are helpful.
Antihistamines block the histamine receptors and prevent histamine from acting and thus help in preventing rashes.
