infant allergic to milk?

im looking for someone who has a baby that is allergic to milk and what you are going thru and what helps and how diagnosised

my daughter is allergic to milk.......
and what i have done and it has helped was her doctor put her on lacto free formula....and now that she is getting older and has not grown out of it she drinks a lacto free milk...
i no longer have any problems with her puking up her formula or milk or breaking out really bad with hives or a random rash...
alot of babies will grow out of being alergic (allergic) to milk...i know my daughter will not because everyone in my family is alergic (allergic) to milk.... good luck.....

It is most beneficial that you keep a track of the behavior of the child towards not only milk, but to other substances including milk products such as chocolates.

I am sure that a pediatrician can easily offer you alternatives.

My son has hives or red pimples on his body if he gets dairy products.  We don't let him have any foods with dairy... no cakes, cookies, ice cream, etc.  There are substitutes available at Whole Foods.
We give him Similac Alimentum.  You can also try Enfamil Nutramigen.  
It was diagnosed with a RAST allergy test.  They take a blood sample and test it.  You get the results in a few days.
