is this allergy

for the last 4 months my nose has been congested, i can breath thru one side while the other is congested, when the lawnmowers are one and someone doing the grass sometimes very rarely me eyes would get watery, the congestion itself sorta jumps from one side to the other

i once took claritin D for a week or so when i took the med i felt quite normal no congestion or anything for a couple of hours after taking the pill

You could be having sinusitis or rhinitis which could be allergic in nature. Do you have associated symptoms of cough, wheeze, breathlessness, post nasal drip etc?

You should try steam inhalation, saline nasal drops and oral antihistamine medications for your complaints and see if it helps with the symptoms.

You should see your doctor and get a clinical examination for a diagnosis and to evaluate if any investigations are required including blood tests, chest xray and CT scan of the sinuses.

Are you allergic to any specific substances or have had allergic reactions in the past? Are you on any medications currently?

i dont know if i am allergic to something specific, but i think its the residue when u cut grass it affects me, i am not on any medications rite now and yes i do have a little breathlessness but not serious, is this sinusitis?
