lemon allergy on my face - is there any cure?

Two or three days ago, I added fresh lemon juice (from half of a lemon) into a big bowl of water and used it to wash my face. It was supposed to whiten my complexion. But instead, tiny little bumps have appeared on my entire face and a little bit of neck area. They're not reddish and are not very visible but when I touch my face I know that they've made my face rather rough. I feel itchy on the eyebrows and near my ears.

I'm not sure if this is due to lemon juice.

I want to ged rid of the itchiness and the bumps so that my face can be smooth and back to normal again.
What shall I do?

Thanks a lot for all the info. I'm not sure if Benedryl is available in my country but I'll try look for it. I wonder if it's possible for the allergy reaction to go off by itself? In case I don't find anything. Fyi, it lasts for 2 or 3 days already. I'm worried that it will be there forever.. You're being very helpful, thank u! =)
