milk allergies

Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday with 5-10 minutes after dinner I got sick.  Once I threw up.  Other symptoms were strong stomach cramps and the feeling of having to throw up.  Everyone of those nights I had a big glass of milk with dinner.  Tuesday night I did not have any milk with dinner and I was fine.  Could this be a sudden milk allergy?  I am also allergic to broccoli and certain fruits such as:  apples, peaches, pears, nectarines and cherries.  Please help.
Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Could be possible! However do try taking milk during daytime and see. If you are allergic to milk, you can be allergic either to a protein in the milk or have lactose intolerance. Are you allergic to milk products? If not and if you are able to consume milk during daytime without any problem, then you are not allergic to milk. Some people are not able to take milk at night as it causes gas and bloating and vomiting.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Lots of things have milk in them.

SO my guess is that its one of other allergies that was in your dinner then the tuesday night dinner you had a allergy free dinner.

To find out you can always write down what you eat then how you react to it, a food challenge.
