mold/black mold

The people that live next door to me have a mold problem, they are cleaning out the house and have a dumpster and all the windows open and the smell is coming in my house. They are in there with resperaters on and my dad went into the house and said that it was covered with mold and black mold the roof leaks, septic does not work how do I get someone to come out and take care of it because I do not want to get sick? My nephew comes over and stays a lot and he has asthma. We called the fire department and they said that their was nothing that they could do, and I don't understand how people can say it is so bad but no one will do anything. Please let me know what I can do about it.

For prevention of allergy symptoms due to mold,maintain/clean dehumidifiers and air conditioners regularly. Air filters of the ac trap allergens, like molds, dust and pollen.  When the filters do not work properly, allergens may be released into the air, causing typical allergy symptoms, such as watery eyes, runny nose, and wheezing. Wash shower curtains, bathroom tiles, and grout regularly and use a dehumidifier in your house. Use a clothes dryer instead of hanging the wash outside, where it acts as a filter trap for mold.Also effective are various types of air-filtering devices, which can be added to the heating and cooling systems in the home. You can also use airfree air sterilizer to kill the mold spores and mold in your home.
