could you please tell me if Im allergic to iodine can I still use omega-3? thank you

There is no iodine component to omega-3 fatty acids.

thank you. I knew that omega 3 is made out of fish oil and there is iodine in fish so can you please tell me if safe for me to take thank you

you may have a problem with some fish.  But you shouldnt have any problem with over the counter omega-3 supplements.

you are not allergic to iodine! it is incompatible with life. thyroid hormore is required to live and is made from iodine. do you not take salt? most salt is iodinated!
