phlemy cough

Normally before you get a cold/cough you normally get a sore troath then you a get a cough. Well twice now Ive waken up with phlemy cough as if I had this cold for a while I dont undersatnd how this can happen Im not a smoker so how is this possible but at the same time when this happens I get likr flu like symptoms. Can someone tell me is this normal?

It sounds like you're breathing in a lot of junk during the night. Your body does relax at night, and this could mean that you're taking in a lot more which then translates to you having all this gunk inside.

What I would suggest is looking into a whole house air filter, like a Polarized Media Filter.
