please recomend me a treatment- sinus

Because I lived in a unhealthy room,in a winter,it launched me an infectious sinusitis, a impossible painfully  of head, with tension 18/11. Then the infection penetrated to the frontal bone (the forehead was itching me). Now I have a diagnosis of rhino-sinusitis chronicle alergico-infectious. I were to several doctors of O.R.L.,but still I don't feel good.I have the following symptoms: it sense to me that frontal bone "holds me", presses me, when is inflamed and i can't concentrate(very often when i catch a cold-the symptoms of so called cold(infection) are: the head is worming, i perspire much more, and i have a fever 37 with 4 C, my regular fever is 36 with 5 C, after i fall ill i never maked a biger perature). In this phase, in organism is developing an infection, i'm losing my force, appearing fasciculars  and have pains in the muscles (i'm sensing to palpation little nodules in muscles)>(can be a chronicle colagenosis?). I have periods when this inflammation diminishes(3-5 days - the bone is slacking). Since when i have this disease, the nose doesn't flow, is always dried, doesn't make pus, the secretion (white-gelatinous) is drained into mouth. An medicament who did me a little help was <Aerius (desloratadine)>(he decreases the burn), but sometimes it caused a suprainfection. When i was moistenning the nose with some water it diminish me the burn.Is can noticed through endoscopy functionally the stage of my complaint?. How I can find out if is about the fount of bony substance of the frontal bone(if it is about that)?  Can be the degradation bone cause of my complai
