possible allergies and relief

I realize that seasonal allergies in infants is rare however my 3 month old daughter has been suffering from sneezing, watery eyes stuffiness for the last month or so. We have taken her to the dr on several occasions only to be told to continue to suction out her nose and use saline rinses. these symptoms are beginning to affect her eating, she is having a hard time nursing and refuses the bottle. any ideas, i heard about this stuff that can be applied under the nose and asst in blocking out the allergens. would this be ok to use on some one so young. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The fact that your daughter is only 3 months, makes it a rather delicate and
challenging matter. I would not attempt anything that would even remotely
suggest a possible side-effect.

Holistic allergy elimination for babies, would be the only approach that I would recommend at this point. It is 100% non-invasive, safe, efficient and simple. You need to search for a Doctor or Practitioner in your area that is trained in N.A.E.T. (Dr. Nambudripat's Allergy Elimination
Techniques) or "Allergy Antidotes" or similar type of treatment. I've trained in "Allergy Antidotes" here in Canada. The results are usually very good.
Most of these therapies are Energy Medicine modalities.
Please check it out.
If you have any concerns or questions, I'm familiar with the process. Post again here or message me.
It works the same for adults or babies and children.
Blessings to you and your family.

Hi, welcome to the forum, saline sprays are sufficient for now. The main step you can take is avoidance of the exposure to the allergens. It can be dust, pollens, dyes etc. There are ways to reduce exposure to allergens by using an air conditioner and air purifier esp. when allergen level is high. Keeping house as free of dust as possible by damp mopping and using a vacuum cleaner with a special filter designed to trap fine particles. Avoid contact with animals, or keep pets bathed and well groomed.

These things are quiet important. I suggest you to consult pediatrician. Take care and regards.

I believe the product you are asking about WAS made by Chloreseptic.  I have looked for it and asked my pharmacy's manager about it.  It is no longer being made.  :-(

The next best thing you can do is avoid all unnecessary contact with allergens.
1)  Keep doors and windows closed at all times.
2)  Keep all pets out of her bedroom.
3)  I would suggest that you change your clothes before cuddling her if you have been outside.  A shower would be best, but is probably not practical.
4)   Wash her bedding in HOT water weekly.  Since it is summer in the northern hemisphere, remove comforters and any stuffed animals from her crib.

Lastly, a HEPA type air filter for rooms that she spends a lot of time in would be a great benefit.

Also, have you talked with her doctor about the posibility of reflux.  It can cause the same symptoms.

Take care and God bless.

There's an FDA-approved protein patch, "Baby Boost", that works through a controlled release mechanism that slowly releases beneficial proteins into the environment over a period of the first 4 years of your child. This aids in the Immune Training or Immune Programming.

Exposure and stimulus from the enviroment is unfortunately the only way that are immune system develops its memory and creates a databank of offensive invaders.

A word of caution.
Living in an absolute sanitized world is a utopian pefectionistic dangerous view.
The "hygiene hypothesis" introduced in the early 80's is strongly suggestive  that babies, toddlers and children in general, growing in super clean and protected enviroments, with a strong emphasis on reducing or avoiding allergies, colds and early childhood illnesses, may actually increase the risk of autoimmune and allergy diseases.

It is imperative at this point to identify the exact allergen or trigger. Addressing it by avoidance or Holistic Elimination, is to my opinion the safest course of action.

At the same time, avoidance of toxins, soaps that contain triclosan and exposure to dangerous chemicals  would be advisable.

The last point I would like to make is this: Would there be a suspect ingredient, chemical
or component, present in  Ally0611's breast milk (or formula), causing this ?
A lab milk analysis (for breast milk) may rule out that possibility.
The holistic elimination process would also deal with this.
Blessings to all,
Nikodicreta
