pulmicort directions

how do you use pulmicort respules with a neti pot?

Hello and welcome to the community.

My directions are to make 2 oz of normal saline and then mix in the Pulmacort.  Normal saline is 8 oz water with 1/4 tsp salt.  To make the 2 oz of saline, I mix 2 oz of water and about 1/16 tsp salt.  I estimate both.  I use a sinus rinse bottle which has a four oz line so I just fill it to about half way to that line.  Then I estimate about 1/4 of the 1/4 tsp salt.  

I hope that helps you and the treatment works for you.  I know that switching from a prepared nasal steroid to the Pulmacort rinse has helped me some.  It is a pain to have to mix it though.
