pulsating eye

Hi I have a pulsating vein under my left eye.  I also have throbbing and heavy feeling around the top of my nose.  Could this all be a sinus problem

Sinus problems usually cause facial pain, stuffiness and post nasal drip. Your symptoms could be due to eye twitching, which is a common symptom in many people and usually reflects fatigue or stress. Other causes could be due to corneal irritation, lack of sleep, eye strain, caffeine and alcohol intake and sometimes neurological disorders. For now life style changes like stopping smoking, avoiding caffeine and alcohol intake and adequate sleep can help prevent eye twitching. For further evaluation consult your primary care physician.
