my aso titre is 800 n esr is 88....having severe muscle ache ...now developed pain in my left hand is it anything serious

m 28 yrs of age...actually i had continous problem in my throat coz of which de operated my tonsils..........in those investigations these aso n titre were diognosed.......ab after a month of surgery too my aso n esr both were raised
