rash vs fungus

Recently returned from Las  Vegas and noticed a red rash on my chest. It is sensitive to touch. Wore one new item of clothing and it was very hot and dry in the afternoon. My doctor can"t see me till next week. Should I try asking a Pharmacist for a cream?

Hi,

You should wash the area several times with fresh water and wear lose , preferably cotton clothes. Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and take some oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications , till you get to see your doctor.
