Have you had allergic reactions in the past? Are you allergic to any specific substances?
You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat. Do not pick at the lesions and do not try to poke them. This will cause secondary infection.
Apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine medications like loratadine or cetrizine for your complaints.
If the symptoms are still persistent after a few days, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.

i just had the same thing happen to me 1 week ago, seems like just dry skin or a reaction to detergent, i also go tanning...it could have been from that.
