resturaunt cleaning solution

A few yrs ago I was able to drink off of glasses in resturaunts with no problem. Not sure what happened to make me soo allergic to the cleaning or sanitizing solution used either in the machine or by hand cleaning their glasses. I can use silverware just fine though.  I have gotten acute tonsilittus 3 times over the last 7 yrs. I stopped using glasses like that 4 yrs ago. I can drink off of a straw just fine with no problems. but whenever I drink off of a glass, like touch it to my mouth, I end up with sever breathing problems and they say next time, I have to have my tonsils out. This episode is a lil differnet. I was at a famous wings resturaunt and ordered and frozen margarita with salt. I licked the glass and late last night my tounge in numb and has a line from left to right roughly where i think i touched it to the glass. it feels swollen and seems like it has a burnt feelign to it. the wings were pretty much served to us cold (minimal tip was left for her) and my lower lip is puffy and seems to have a diffent texture on the inside. Why does this happen? and why am I the only nut job who this happends to?
