scalp itch

I have this only two spots in my scalp that are so itchy I can't seem to stop scratching. And it burns, it's super gross. And since I keep scratching it, I have no hair on those spots. There is one really small that I've had forever, and a dermatologist gave me injections (yes, on my head). It never went away completely, but it wasn't that itchy.
A second dermatologist gave me pills for stress, nothing happened either. So, now this second spot is much much worse and it keeps getting bigger more itchy... I'm using PSORIASIS, but it's not working either, it just burns when I apply it and that's about it.
I'm desperate, it is really a big deal...
CAn u help me...PLEASE?????
