server itching arms

My arms itch mostly at night and I have stopped the problem after reading all of your post on the issue.
First don't scratch. You can stop the itch by applying ice to the arm I use freezer gel bags from wallgreens.
I also put Zeasorb-AF powder ( antifungal powder) can be found in most drugstores . Just sprinkle all over arms and gently rub in. You will be amazed at the resaults  . Also wear sunscreen if you are going to be out for a long day.
I think my problem is linked to sundamage from tanning riding in the car. I believe we scratch and this releases
sercresion that is fungal and it spreads SO stop it with the powder and ice and it will go away. I know it's awful!!
I have had this for a good three years and just stopped it.
