severe cough with vomiting

I've severe cough with vomiting for a month. it started as a dry cough and it got worse with vomiting.
i visited the physician many times and the told it's due to allergy. i've taken budesonide inhaler which doesn't give me a real remedy. whenever A.C. temperature is high and smoke from kitchen makes me to cough and at last it ends with vomiting along with breathing difficulties. it resides for half-an-hour to one-hour.

please tell me what could be the reason for my cough and what's the remedy of it.
