sinus alergy(allergy) from cold air

i am very much prone to allergies caused by cold environment. i have been operated my sinus two time with a difference of two years. but again the meat grows in my sinus due to which i feel very much difficulty in taking breath. i cant survive in the room where temperature is even  a bit colder than normal body temperature. this problem has make my life miserable. in my office in my room which i share with others and even in winters every where. Phlegm is falling in throat every time and in winter i feel my lungs are squeezed, i cant take proper breath. i have spent a hell lot of money on all this but in vain. please advise if there is any vaccination for permanent cure for this problem . one thing more i also have allergy from Egg my lips are swelled and painful if eat Egg .   so please advise on these three points .. sinus problem due to cold air , breath lungs problem , Egg allergy and permanent cure to all these three thanks
