sinus pain and pressure

I never would have imagined that so many people are having the same problem.
I quit smoking about 8 months ago and have developed sinus problems. I've had 3 sinus infections in the last 8 months. I was put on antibiotics (Z-pak) all three times and prednisone twice. I seem to get better for a while but it always comes back. Lately I've had serious pressure/pain in the cheeks and upper teeth. I've had allergy tests but I'm only mildy allergic to mold. I'm almost embarrassed to see the ENT again.
I purchased the Neti Pot today and will give it a try this evening. Hope it helps.
