skin test

i just had an allergy test and the dr wrote in the paper (+) wt does it mean ?
big (X) wt does it mean too ?
and empty Square ?

The + sign may indicate that the allergy test may be positive. The bigger X marks may indicate that the test is not warranted or that it has not been done.
